United and Mourinho have long appeared to made for each other and just three Premier League games into their fledgling relationship, it is evident that this may be a marriage that will produce thrilling rewards.
After previous wins over Bournemouth and Southampton, United was on course to drop points for the first time this season in the face of an obdurate defensive performance by promoted Hull, which also won its first two games.
‘We can start some matches with another player in front of Zlatan but you have to be very dominant to play that way. We must not be happy with less than a win.
