Field Poll: Donald Trump Up 7 Over Ted Cruz in California
It is a message that Kasich has been pushing on the campaign trail, saying Cruz’s first place win in Wisconsin, and his own last place finish, was more a product of the anti-Trump movement than “pro-Ted Cruz votes”.

Inside a Florence adult education building on Saturday, the Cruz campaign brought Ray, a field director and an attorney to the 7th congressional district convention, where three delegates would be elected.
Though plans remain as fluid as the race itself, campaign insiders agree Kasich’s best, if not only, shot at the nomination would be on a theoretical third ballot at the convention.
Trump’s campaign had reportedly acknowledged they were not expecting to win delegates in Colorado.
The state’s likely GOP voters, however, hold polarized views of the leading Republican contender: 29 percent had a very favorable view of Trump, with 30 percent reporting a very unfavorable view of him.
“Today was another resounding victory for conservatives, Republicans, and Americans who care about the future of our country”.
“I don’t know if Donald Trump has an operation here”, said Rep. Ken Buck, Cruz’s Colorado state chair.
“I don’t think they’re real serious about Colorado”, Hammett said.
The recent spat over who is qualified to be president has been another step downwards for a presidential nominating process that all Democrats could be proud of.
According to NBC News, the Trump campaign failed to put forward a candidate slate in some of those district-level contests.
Others on the Trump slate are listed on the ballot as “uncommitted”, rather than supporting Trump.
“He really doesn’t present any evidence and when we did our own research, we found there’s still no evidence that Ted Cruz is somehow connected to the distribution of this photo”, said Katie Sanders of Politifact.com. The New York Times reported Friday Cruz had swept all 21 delegates from the state’s congressional districts.

During that January 14 GOP debate, Cruz said “everyone understands that the values in New York City are socially liberal or pro-abortion or pro-gay marriage, focus around money and the media”.
