Fights Break Out at Nicki Minaj Show in the Bay Area

While Nicki Minaj‘s Pinkprint Tour has been running pretty smoothly thus far, it may have hit its first major hiccup in Concord, California. That’s what happened when the Queen Barbz brought her Pinkprint Tour to the Bay Area on Friday (Aug. 14). Nicki shared a candid video of her twerking on Meek and his reaction was priceless.

Nicki brought the fans who were hurt in the fight up to the stage, posing for photos with them backstage. The fighting is thought to have been sparked by people pushing to get closer to the stage.

She later addressed the brawl on Instagram.com, writing, “Sold out show in the Bay Area last night”. This girl that just got sprayed with mace in her face, come here.

A 22-year-old man was arrested for assaulting a security guard, TMZ wrote, citing law enforcement sources.

Instead of going on with the concert, Minaj ended her performance early over the violence, TMZ reported. “Let’s just say that”, she said on Instagram. Minaj, concerned with the turn of events, halted the music and asked for all those that were harmed in the brawl to come up on stage. Can’t wait to see u guys again’.
