Fiji’s Nadolo gets one-week World Cup ban
The enormous Crusaders winger has been Fiji’s star of the tournament, scoring 16 of Fiji’s 24 points so far.

The 6ft, 19st winger was cited for an alleged risky tackle after Fiji’s 28-13 defeat to Australia at the Millennium Stadium last week.
Now Nadolo – their try-scoring, goal-kicking wing – has been cited for “an alleged act of foul play” against Australia and faces a judicial hearing on Monday.
He will miss Fiji’s penultimate pool match against Wales but will be free to play Uruguay next week. “However, taking into account mitigating factors including his excellent disciplinary record, the Judicial Officer reduced the suspension to a period of one week”.
Wales heroics against England were quickly consigned to yesterday’s news by assistant coach Shaun Edwards as they swiftly turned their attention to avoiding a slip-up against tricky Fiji on Thursday.
“Although we did well in parts of our first two matches, there are other parts of our game where we didn’t do so well”. I don’t think we will be resting too many players, but obviously that’s down to the boss. “We have a lot more work to do and the lads who came so close in 2011 still have that feeling”.

Throughout the principality, ecstatic fans continued to celebrate the day after Dan Biggar’s 23 points with the boot and a Gareth Davies try shocked the World Cup hosts.
