One mail carrier in Charlotte told us on a typical Sunday during the holidays, he makes stops at 400 homes on several routes, and he looks forward to it.
Monday, December 21st is supposed to be the busiest delivery day of the year for the United States Post Office.
Additionally, the Postal Service plans to hire 30,000 employees for the 2015 holiday season to meet the needs of its customers.
“We’ve already passed many of our shipping deadlines, but Monday is your last day to get Priority Mail”, says Budzynski. Maybe you still need to send out all those packages to your loved ones.
However, there are still solutions in sight, so as to ensure prompt shipping after all.
Another key aspect that USPS clients should focus on is making sure that they have written the correct delivery address, especially the right zip code.
