Final episode of rebooted Top Gear series due to air

Another added: “I reckon if Top Gear got rid of Chris Evans and Eddy Jordan, kept Le Blanc and the other 2 fellas, it’d be a much better show”.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Chris has annoyed a lot of the crew with his behaviour and by being a control freak”.

A former colleague is understood to have alleged that Evans grabbed her and “flashed” at her nearly every day for two years in the 1990s.

The woman said she complained to Evans’ production team at the time but was ignored.

But Evans, 52, hit out at what he has called a “witch hunt” around him that has had a “devastating” effect on his family.

She also told how he sent her “to Coventry”, warning colleagues “not to talk to her”.

A source said: “The big question now is who goes and who stays”.

The woman, who has remained anonymous, said she was “not surprised” to hear those allegations and said she was eventually prescribed anti-depressants after becoming “burnt-out” and “traumatised by Evans” who she claimed “knew he could get away with it”.

It’s not even a case of whether the Inbetweeners star can beat Dempsey to the finishing line – rather, will Davies be able to tuck himself into the vehicle in the first place?

The presenter, who is at the helm of a team of six who will front the new version of Top Gear, has been accused of being “out of control” by former colleagues.

And now Billie Piper’s ex is apparently set for the “biggest telling off of his career”. The outlet also added that the presenter is reportedly in serious trouble with BBC boss Kate Phillips.

In the midst of appalling ratings and reports of a rift between the show’s two new frontmen, Chris Evans is now being investigated by police following allegations made earlier in the year by a female co-worker.
