Fiorina on Trump: ‘There. Is. No. Excuse.’
Political analysts expecting the first Republican debate Thursday night to to be relatively relaxed were in for a rude awakening.

Facebook, which co-hosted the Cleveland event with Fox News, said Friday that about 7.5 million people took to the social media website to discuss the GOP debate, generating more than 20 million posts, comments and likes.
“For the record, it was well beyond Rosie O’Donnell”, Kelly responded before continuing her question.
The Republican businessman issued a statement Saturday morning calling Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly a total “mess” and attempting to clarify his apparently lewd comments about her the day before. O’Donnell plays a recurring character on the show.
Donald Trump set the tone, repeating some of what he’d said before about Mexicans as criminals flooding across the border. Donald Trump has been disinvited from a Republican party event today over a suggestion that a debate moderator was tough on him because she was menstruating.
Erickson held his ground, though, replying that common decency is not the same as political correctness and noting that it “must be a pain in the ass not to be able to buy somebody”.
Mr. Trump touted “hundreds of thousands” of people on Twitter who blasted Ms. Kelly during the debate.
“I have said for some time that no one who claims to represent our party should ever be judgmental in tone, vitriolic or angry”, she said. After all, Erickson didn’t seem to care when Trump called other women “fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals”.
Twitter said Trump, who led in polls going into the debate, garnered about 30 percent of the mentions, with Carson at about 12 percent. “Little MacMiller, I’m now going to teach you a big boy lesson about lawsuits and finance”.
Trump has a long history of lobbing insults at those he feels have treated him unfairly, and advises those who buy his books to do the same.
“Those had nothing to do with politics, unlike what you’re doing by cutting speeches on the floor of the Senate, then putting them on the Internet within half an hour to raise money for your campaign”, Christie said.
“This is just another example of weakness through being politically correct. She talks like a truck driver”, he said in 2006 during an interview with “Entertainment Tonight”.

Mr Trump, who afterwards accused Fox moderators of asking “unfair” questions of him during the debate, was clearly a main factor – and in a brutal tweet let the broadcaster know it.
