Fired Benghazi Committee Investigator Alleges Bias Against Hillary Clinton
If there are conspirators to be found, they are from Clinton’s own party.

Tuesday, the chairman of the House Select Committee that is looking into the Benghazi massacre, Congressman Trey Gowdy, appeared before the press on Capitol Hill and asked the press a few perfectly reasonable questions. The ex-staffer denied to CNN that he ever mishandled classified information and argued against the legitimacy of the other reasons.
A commitee spokesperson “vigorously” denied Podliska’s allegations about why he was sacked and the objectivity of the committee’s investigation. We could not. We will keep working until the last fact is uncovered. “The Committee will not be blackmailed into a monetary settlement for a false allegation made by a properly terminated former employee”, they tell CNN.
Your inquest is not shedding much light on the tragic events of September 11, 2012, when terrorists stormed the compound, killing Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others.
And the latest question to emerge is a doozy: Did a formerCIA officer on Hillary Clinton’s payroll orchestrate a major media scandal in order to discredit Benghazi critics?
He said he will remain majority leader; Boehner, meanwhile, postponed the speaker vote while lawmakers regroup and rally around new contenders. But we put together a Benghazi special committee.
Even as Sanders continues to post strong fundraising numbers, and Clinton’s numbers have dropped in Iowa, New Hampshire and in national polls, Wall Street has remained bullish about the prospect of a Clinton presidency. “This Republican whistleblower’s account from inside the Benghazi Committee may provide the most definitive proof to date that this taxpayer-funded investigation has been a partisan sham from the start”. And unlike Democrats, he hopes that the committee won’t be dismantled, but steered back toward its original mission. Mr. McCarthy said on Fox News.
The series of shifts marks another way that Clinton has recalibrated her campaign strategy after her failed president bid eight years ago. Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley also issued a statement on Hillary Clinton’s position. “There’s wrongdoing here and I think it needs to stop”.
Last year, the GOP-controlled House Intelligence Committee cleared the Obama administration, including Clinton, of any wrongdoing. He also alleges he was sacked because he had to take time off for his military reserve duty.
The rules on ethics need to be enforced. He claims it was because he resisted pressure to exclusively probe Clinton and the State Department’s role in the attack.
And the self-labeled “conservative Republican” said he isn’t politically motivated. For those who have just casually followed the increasingly disastrous tale of her emails and private server, it might seem only natural to believe this somehow is the sole work of Republicans who have vigilantly pursued the real story behind the tragedy that took place in Benghazi.
CNN reports that as Clinton delivered her campaign in New Hampshire, the former Secretary of State “grew emotional”. Podliska spent more than a decade as an intelligence analyst with a defense agency. Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts.
Meanwhile, sitting Democratic President Barack Obama is trying to get the trade deal passed.
McCarthy, who is seeking to move up to House speaker, has since apologized for his remarks, which serve as a near-perfect illustration of journalist Michael Kinsley’s adage that a Washington gaffe is when a politician inadvertently tells the truth. Attack the Republicans who signed onto these reports? “It’s time to shut down the Benghazi Select Committee”, Schiff said in a statement.
Podliska, now stationed in Germany, could not be reached for comment. Romer-Friedman could not immediately identify the first lawyer. Podliska said he could not comment on the mediation process.
He’s planning to sue the panel over his firing, seeking lost pay and the return of his job.

While McCarthy’s exposure of Gowdy’s committee as a sham reminded me of Toto’s curtain-pulling in the “Wizard of Oz”, my reaction was the same as Police Capt. Renault in “Casablanca”, when he announced his reaction to finding gambling in Rick’s casino: “I’m shocked, shocked”. And third – and most importantly – Clinton will be formidable in states with lots of African-American and other minority voters who are the backbone of the Democratic coalition. “It should not have occurred”.
