San Diego Comic-Con 2016 has come to a close and not without its usual slate of announcements and exclusives to give even the most in-shape of geeks severe heart palpitations.

Wonder Woman isn’t the only movie getting early exposure at this year’s Comic-Con. Henry Cavill, the actor behind Superman, is expected to make an appearance; however, he wasn’t shown in this premiere.

Zack Snyder took to the stage to treat fans to an unexpected first trailer for his latest movie “Justice League”, which is due for release on Nov.17 next year.

“Justice League” opens in theaters in November 2017. We get good solid looks at Batfleck, an extremely badass-looking Aquaman played by Jason Mamoa, a losery Flash played by Ezra Miller, and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman who is too gorgeous for words.

DC Comics movies may have always paled in comparison with the box-office successes of Marvel-based superhero movies, but fans are hopeful that the new line-up of DC movies could finally bring in a more positive reception.

Wan, who made his name in horror films like the “Saw” and “Conjuring” films said that he’d be bringing some of that sensibility to “Aquaman” as well.

Warner Bros. also offered fans a new look at their upcoming “Wonder Woman” film, debuting the first official trailer at Comic-Con on Saturday afternoon. Audiences first met Gadot’s “Wonder Woman” in “Batman v Superman”. They need to lighten up, at least just a bit, and with this footage, it looks like they’re doing just that. “This is a movie about bad versus evil”.

British actor Tom Hiddleston and Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson were among the cast of Kong: Skull Island to attend the event as they unveiled the first trailer for the film.

“Kong is film history”.

The movie’s cast remained tight-lipped about the plot and their characters, but the trailer shows “magizoologist” Newt Scamander (Redmayne) arrive in NY in 1926 with a case of magical creatures that escape, wreak havoc and face threats from the non-magical humans in the city.
