First look of the movie released today, Shruthi Haasan and Anupama Parameshwaran are playing the female leads and the third lead is yet to be affirmed.

Speaking at the first look and title announcement event, Producer said “Premam is musical romantic drama with stunning visuals”.
Actor Chaitanya Akkineni, son of veteran actor Nagarjuna, posted in his official Twitter handle and unveiled the first look of Premam. Chaitanya sports the same bearded look which Nivin Pauly had kept for his character in the original Premam. The first look poster is trending in all social networking sites.
Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming film directed by Chandu Mondeti has been titled Premam. Though the makers were earlier mulling with the titled Majnu, they stuck to Premam, the title of the original Malayalam film of which this is a remake.
