Singapore, Sep 4 (PTI) Two more Indians have been infected with Zika virus in Singapore, taking the total number of Indian nationals tested positive for the mosquito-borne disease in the city-state to 15, health officials said today.
A recent poll found that 23 percent of Americans are at least somewhat anxious about contracting the Zika virus while 77 percent are not seriously concerned.
“It was found that this Zika infection is most likely from a local source of infection, as the patient did not have any recent traveling history overseas and was probably bitten by an Aedes mosquito infected with Zika”, he said.
