CD Projekt RED’s DLC offering for The Witcher 3 has been an impressive string of new content – all available at no additional cost to players. Some items, with the exception of quest items, books, letters, Gwent cards, usable gear, or trophies, also carry over, alongside alchemy recipes.

When you start NG+, Momot reveals, you’ll be able to select any difficulty level.

In response to a barrage of questions in The Witcher 3’s forums, community manager Marcin Momot shared some new insight. If you were below 30, you’ll be bumped up to that level. According to Game Zone, CD Projekt Red made the announcement through Facebook that said: “New Game+, the final DLC, is on the way and, of course, it’s completely FREE!”

This is not the first instance that CD Projekt Red partners with R.Talsorian Games, as both the developers have a history of creating the most successful “Cyberpunk 2020” tabletop game.

New Game Plus comes in many guises in other games, and CDPR didn’t give many details at the time of the annoucements.

New Game Plus will keep Witcher 3 fans busy until Heart of Stone releases in October. Are there any features or additions you think the game developers could have included or forgone in order to make the update better? The same that you had when finishing the game, if above 30, otherwise you start at 30.

In Dark Souls 2 for example, NG+ ramped up the difficulty (even more) but also added completely new monsters and fresh twists to the game’s boss fighters. These expansions add over 30 hours of gameplay and they can be purchased for $25.

That stated, New Recreation + is usually a aspect reserved for action-experience video games.
