‘Five Nights at Freddy’s 4’ Now Out on Steam! : Tech
Is Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 a prequel as rumored? However, series creator Scott Cawthon seems to have had more surprises up his sleeve, releasing the game suddenly this afternoon.

The cutesy killers of previous Freddy’s games have escaped the joint in this episode. It’s available for $7.99 on Steam.
The Five Nights 4 Steam page noted that this is the “last chapter of the Five Nights at Freddy’s original story”, but who knows.
While fans are waiting for the movie to come out, a fourth installation of the critically acclaimed game is set to be released on August 8, the anniversary of the first Freddy game.
The game, with the full title of “Five Nights at Freddy’s 4: The Final Chapter” is reportedly the last in the entire series, with just an expansion planned for Halloween. The horror now escalates as the freaky animatronics have now followed the gamers in the one place they thought they were safe, their home. “Enjoy!”
He also noted that the full-screen option isn’t working for some folks, but he said he’ll “have that addressed before the day is over”.
You can read the game’s synopsis below. “Playing as a child whose role is yet unknown, you must safeguard yourself until 6am by watching the doors, as well as warding off unwanted creatures that may venture into your closet or onto the bed behind you”.

While it’s incredibly appropriate for the final (maybe) installment of a horror series that relies on jump scares to pop up out of nowhere, it does leave us at App Trigger with the same question we always have: when will we be able to play it on mobile? But if you flash the light in the face of something close to (make sure to listen out for noises) then it will be your end.
