A flight was delayed around an hours because the pilot had suffered from eye problem.

It was reported that the EasyJet flight from Manchester got delayed for an hours after the pilot suffered eye problem including conjunctivitis, at the time the plane was ready to take off.
The pilot was taken to hospital immediately as the problem became serious.
Fortunately, the flight company arranged another pilot and the flight was rescheduled after an hour of original time.
A passenger later explained by saying “The flight was delayed by over an hour because, we were told, the pilot had something in his eye”.
He added “That hasn’t happened to me on a flight before”.
