Furthermore, the Martin County Sheriff William Snyder explained that the teen showed signs of flakka drug influence since it did not come up on the narcotic database.

Deputies handcuffed Gallo and bound his feet because he was kicking them. He said the assault at the SE Orchid St. home and the killing August 15 display the designer drugs’ effects.

Flakka gained notoriety nationally previous year, as several people in South Florida went on crazed rampages under its influence.

“It is just inexplicable”, Snyder said.

Although he has no criminal history, Nico Galo is now facing a lawsuit of burglary of a dwelling with assault.

During the break-in, the woman said she thought about the August 15 attack when 19-year-old Austin Harrouff is accused of killing a local couple, in southern Martin County, biting husband’s face and abdomen and fending off deputies, a police K-9 and a Taser, Snyder said.

The woman was treated for glass cuts to an arm. In that case, deputies said Austin Harrouff, who was home for summer break from Florida State University, attacked John Stevens, 59, and his wife Michelle Mishcon, 53.

The 19-year-old man accused in a violent drug-fueled attack is now out of the hospital and behind bars.

The woman also called 911 saying she needed police and that she was bleeding. They downloaded the drug fingerprint and in an hour, the company that produces the TruNarc said it was the designer drug Dibutylone.

Harrouff, 19, regained consciousness Friday at the hospital where he is receiving treatment ahead of charges of two counts of first-degree murder. They are awaiting the results of tests for the drug.

The zombie drug with the street name Flakka led to a fresh attack in Florida in the United States, with a teenager high on it trespassing into a house and getting aggressive with a mother-son duo.

Police said Gallo’s bond is set at $300,000. Gallo crashed through the window wearing pajama trousers and a t-shirt, according to the sheriff’s office.
