Florida woman claims she secretly recorded Jared Fogle
Fogle’s attorney declined to comment on her allegations.

“That he thought middle school girls were hot”, Herman-Walrond told Access’ Stephanie Bauer on Friday, noting that Fogle made the comment with “no prodding whatsoever”.
She doesn’t truly know why he opened up to her. “I think he was trying to see if I would be interested, he felt very comfortable with me”, she said.
Fogle is expected to plead guilty to charges of receiving and distributing child pornography and traveling to engage in sex with minors, his attorneys acknowledged Wednesday.
He faces between five and 12-and-a-half years in prison.
“He talked about sex with underage children”, she said.
Herman took her concerns to the FBI at the advice of a friend.
It’s clear from the interview that the investigation was a harrowing experience for Herman-Walrond, who listened in intimate detail to numerous bad crimes Fogle is accused of doing and wanting to do with minors.
Alarmed by what she was hearing, she told authorities, who then called on her to record their conversations.
Herman said Fogle even asked her if she’d install hidden cameras in her own children’s rooms for him to watch them.
‘I had to play a role’.
“I had two small children at the time, and I did it in their name because I would want someone to do that for me”.
Former Subway pitchman
The Federal Bureau of Investigation informant who helped gather evidence and bring charges against ex-Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle spoke with CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Thursday night. Fogle, 37, commissioned the manager of his charity to produce pornography using at least a dozen underage victims. Authorities allege he had images and videos of minors engaging in sexual conduct that he shared with Fogle. A judge, though, will make the final decision on his actual sentence, which could be a maximum of 50 years. Each victim will get $100,000 from Fogle, funds intended for counseling, support and other assistance. “It is Jared’s intent and goal to become healthy again”, they said.

Court documents and the plea agreement show discrepancy in the charges against the 37-year-old man. The documents detailed that he paid for sex with two girls under 18 – one of which was 17 – in New York City hotels. The case has destroyed Fogle’s career with Subway and could send him to prison for more than a decade.
