Floridians Boo Wasserman Schultz Ahead Of Democratic Convention

After months of controversy about her role in the party’s presidential primaries, Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz announced Sunday she will step down as chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee.

The Sanders” supporters held paper signs that said “E-mails” on one side and “Thanks for the “help’ Debbie”, on the other.

Wasserman Schultz had become toxic to supporters of Sanders, who accused her of rigging the Democratic presidential nominating process in favor of Clinton.

Separately, the U.S. House of Representatives intelligence committee has been briefed on the hack and would seek information on any potential connection to Russian Federation or another state, said Representative Adam Schiff, the senior Democrat on the panel.
