Floyd Mayweather attempts to end Ronda Rousey feud

In a report from Bloodyelbow.com, Mayweather still insisted he doesn’t know who Rousey is but did the most unlikely thing Floyd Mayweather Jr. would do.

Mayweather had previously fired a shot back at Rousey regarding her income after she wondered how Mayweather “feels being beat by a woman for once” at the ESPYs.

Rousey is the champion that Mayweather wants to be, but never will. She’s an upstanding member of society, a role model and a clean champion who earns her victories in the amount of time it takes Mayweather to dance from one corner of the ring to the other.

Mayweather is due to retire from the sport in just under a month following a stellar 19-year undefeated career, including world titles in five weights, and Hunter believes the “Money” man will go down in history similarly to the great Muhammad Ali. Despite being a female, it is obvious that Mayweather will have a tough time “defending” against such a move, especially if Rousey finds a way to take him off his feet with some grappling maneuvers. That KO finish was impressive, however, it would be her submission skills that would likely do Mayweather in if the two somehow made this fantasy fight happen.

Mayweather (48-0, 26 KOs) will fight Andre Berto (30-3, 23 KOs) on September 12 in the last in his lucrative six-fight deal with Showtime/CBS.
