“Are you crying right now?” You’re f**king crying aren’t you? It’s implied the man, named Anthony, may have had a few drinks but it doesn’t change his genuine love for the band. “I’m singing this s- to you right now”. I’m going to sing this to your crying grown man ass right now. I’m gonna sing this f-ing song right in your face, man to man, prison style, I’m going man to man. Me and you, I want some real tears, you better sing it with me.

During the song, Anthony apparently continued to cry and Grohl joked that whoever was with him should make sure he wasn’t the one to drive home.

After demanding that he get “Front row, against the rail, right here!”

“Don’t cry motherf–, I know you’re drunk, don’t cry”, Grohl yelled after turning the audience lights on. The band’s North American dates continue through October. If this wasn’t great enough, then the whole crowd sang the song to him personally.

Foo Fighters fans captured the event on film. While he’s been spending most of his time singing leads and playing guitar in Foo Fighters as of late, plus mending up a broken leg, Grohl is still somehow managing to do some killer drumming on the side. Warning: this video contains profanity.

Anthony then proceeded to pretend to stage dive when exiting the stage. The Foos continue their tour at the same venue tonight.

The video was what Zaffagnini described on the “Rocking 1000’s ” official website as his “crazy idea” to convince Foo Fighters to play in Cesena, Italy after their last performance in the city on December. 1, 1997.
