Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl brings crying fan on stage for duet

Last night (Aug. 16) at the Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre in Colorado, it was a “crying grown man” who benefitted from Grohl’s generosity. Where are you going motherf***er? Don’t cry. Are you crying right now? You’re f–ing crying, aren’t you? If you are a drunk man at a concert of your favorite band, this is your dream come true, so, here’s to you Anthony. In one candid photo , Grohl could be seen gesturing with his hands while laughing and talking with the Italian man along with the rest of the band members.

“You know what? F**k that speech I was just gonna make”.

He added, “Don’t make me cry, because I promised I wouldn’t do this”, before inviting the fan on stage while promising, “I’m gonna sing this to your crying grown-man ass right now”. “I’m going man-to-man. Me and you – I want some real tears; you better sing it with me”.

During the song, Anthony apparently continued to cry and Grohl joked that whoever was with him should make sure he wasn’t the one to drive home.

“Get closer, get front row!” Get back here! No you get here, front row.

“Sing it to him”, Grohl asks the crowd. Grohl commented “That’s the great things about a Foo Fighters show”. Warning: this video contains profanity.

After Grohl gave Anthony his chair, the singer serenaded him before letting him join on the microphone.
