Police said that once the restaurant was cleared, they found hundreds of weapons – from guns to batons and knives – hidden in sacks of flour, bags of tortilla chips and tucked beneath benches. Dozens of bikers inside the building, hide in the bathroom and the restaurant.
“The lead guy, I looked out – I was watching – he deliberately steered into one of our prospects and hit him”, said John Wilson, president of the Waco-area chapter of the Cossacks. A few of those arrested have filed lawsuits, and Dallas attorney Susan Anderson, who represents one of those arrested, noted numerous club members present had no involvement in the shootings.

Officer Kristina Woodruff, who was called to the scene, said in a witness statement obtained by CNN: “The music was blaring loudly and dead bikers were lying on the concrete”.
