Force Awakens Script Offers New Details on the Ending
Despite some minor plot holes and a few too many callbacks to the original trilogy, Star Wars: The Force Awakens was a fantastic introduction to the future of the franchise. If this is true, it doesn’t really change how we look at Kylo Ren. Since the time of that revelation, a number of fan-created theories have run rampant on the internet, most seemingly only creating more questions as to whether a set of post-Return of the Jedi/pre-The Force Awakens films will ultimately also need to be shot to focus on the Darth Vader mask as well as the origins of Kylo Ren.

One of those callbacks was the appearance of Darth Vader’s helmet in the possession of new villain Kylo Ren, but how exactly did it get there?
One of the points that has been highlighted in the interview is Kylo Ren’s costume, which Driver describes as unpolished and unfinished, especially the mask.
Darth Vader’s mask is now owned by Kylo Ren.
