FORECAST: Temperatures swings and heavy rain for the first days of winter
Moisture will continue to increase Christmas Day and Saturday for the Independence Bowl. Then, as we move through Tuesday and Wednesday, have your umbrella handy.

Showers and isolated thunderstorms are possible for Monday, mostly before noon, according to the NWS.
By Tuesday, two-third of the country should be 10 to 20 degrees above their average high temperatures, the Weather Channel reports.
“Christmas Day is expected to be fairly bright and breezy for northern parts, with scattered showers”, the Met Office said. In fact, high temperatures will burst into the middle 50s as early as tomorrow afternoon.

Thursday- A slight chance of drizzle or light rain before 9am, then a slight chance of showers after 9am. The cloudy skies gradually spread northward across Pennsylvania as more showers approach us.

Wednesday night, there is a 30 percent chance of showers with a low of 41.
