Forget past three years, Mourinho tells United fans

Jose Mourinho is planning for a busy summer as Manchester United manager after being confirmed as the club’s new boss.

Dutchman Van Gaal was dismissed Monday, only two days after his team had won the FA Cup final at Wembley to lift United’s first major trophy since Sir Alex Ferguson left in 2013.

He’s now signed a three-year deal at Old Trafford, becoming Man Utd’s third manager in three years after the short spells of David Moyes and Louis Van Gaal, both praised too as potential saviors for the legendary club.

The hashtag #WelcomeJose has been trending on Twitter for quite some time now after EPL club Manchester United officially unveiled Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho as its next manager.

That being said, he’ll no doubt still be pushing to get things resolved as quickly as possible and there is also a suggestion he wants to change United’s pre-season tours to get a bit more game time in seeing as we only play a few games out in China.

Turgid, prosaic football led to the club’s worst scoring return in the league for 26 years and saw Van Gaal’s side miss out on Champions League qualification to neighbours Manchester City on goal difference.

He has something to prove as an individual and he will try to get Manchester United, one of the biggest powerhouses in football, back on the right track.

‘I have not heard anything from him’. “One perspective is the past three years and the other is the club history”. “He has won trophies and inspired players in countries across Europe and, of course, he knows the Premier League very well, having won three titles here”.

“As for not bringing young players through, if they are top class, he plays them”, Carragher told Daily Mail.

Mourinho said an “empathy” had built up between him and the club’s fans over the years in which he brought opposing teams to Old Trafford.

“I know what the fans can give me and I think also they know what I can give them”.

“Mourinho’s huge personality is made for this great club”.
