Hof reportedly told TMZ 35-year-old Odom was found unconscious in a VIP suite with fluid streaming from his mouth.

A source tells us that Odom was with a girl in the early morning hours on Tuesday.
Officials haven’t said what was wrong with Odom, and it’s unclear what his condition is.
Initially, authorities said, Odom was taken to a local hospital, where he was stabilized and then taken to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, about 70 miles away. Odom was then airlifted to a second hospital in Las Vegas, where he is now receiving more treatment.

Odom, 35, won two National Basketball Association championships as a forward for the Los Angeles Lakers. Their divorce was finalized in July. The Love Ranch South owner said Odom was found unconscious by two women around 3 p.m. on Monday after they left him to sleep at 6 a.m. After alerting staff that Odom was unconscious, they called 911, who instructed staff to “roll him on his left side”.
Hof let him stay at his home, which is attached to the brothel.
