It was on June 8 with Kaleena Leben called 911 to report that Chris was scaling a wall and break into her high-rise apartment.

She said that the previous day, Leben texted her and threatened to kill her father, and that building management staff alerted her to the discovery of an M16 assault rifle hidden in a maintenance closet a few floors from her apartment.
In addition to the 120 days in jail, Leben also faces three years of probation.
The judge also issued a new ten-year protective order for his wife Kaleena. He had a loaded gun on him.
The sentence itself was reached following a plea bargain by the troubled TUF (The Ultimate Fighter) alum’s legal team, and is broken down in to three parts.
Leben was not taken into custody according to MMAjunkie.
Drug and alcohol abuse has been a recurring problem for “The Crippler” over the years and he’s no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law, having been arrested several times and previously served time for a DUI charge. The next 30 days will be served on work furlough where he’ll be allowed to leave jail throughout the week to work and return to custody in the evenings. Leben retired as a professional MMA fighter following a loss to Uriah Hall at UFC 168 in December 2013. If he stays out of trouble, he will receive a good behavior credit and will be transferred to probation, Dix said. He also tested positive for banned substances in 2011.

Now more than ever, Leben needs to keep his nose clean and find a way to make some positive from this situation. It was here where he earned Knockout of the Night honors four times and Fight of the Night twice.
