Former world heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko to take up rematch
Fury won the WBA, WBO and IBF belts by defeating Russian Klitschko on points in Espirit Arena in Dussledorf on Saturday.

“There will be a huge worldwide interest in this fight, which already can be billed as the fight of the year 2016”, Bernd Boente, Klitschko’s manager, said.
Similarly, up-and-coming British heavyweight Anthony Joshua believes that he can challenge the new champion of the world, per Sky Sports.
Peter Fury, Tyson’s uncle and trainer, admitted he was surprised by the speed of Klitschko’s decision to take up a rematch, which delays other options such as a prospective unification bout against WBC champion Deontay Wilder.
Having brought Wladimir Klitschko’s nine-and-a-half-year reign as champion to an end on Saturday night, Fury realised his childhood dream in Desseldorf, Germany. Fury claimed he was put down for the wrong weight at the weigh-in – 113 kilograms instead of 116 – was forced to wear gloves for the fight that didn’t fit him, and said the fight was nearly called off because there was too much foam under the canvas in the ring.
“I have a pre-Christmas gift for Tyson Fury and all boxing fans around the world”, Klitschko said in a video message on Instagram.
“I think Wladimir is really in two minds about the rematch because he looked really busted up to me at the press conference after”, Hennessy said, according to ESPN.
“If I train hard and have a great training camp and I’m as prepared as I can be, I can take any heavyweight in the world”, the 23-year-old Kiwi told reporters.
The contract for the fight included a clause for a rematch, for which the date and the venue have to be decided. I’m a true natural fighter.
“I remember him saying that he’d never give me a payday”.
“Fury, though, has responded in a less than kind way, the Wythenshawe-born casting doubt about a match with Wilder”.

However, speaking to RTE, Fury said: “It’s newspapers trying to sell papers on writing bad things about me”.
