Four keys to the Bucks’ 2015-16 season
The New York Knicks will be opening up their 2015-16 season tonight on the road against the Milwaukee Bucks. Unfortunately, for the second consecutive season, they will be without a player in their projected starting five. They need to play hard from the tip-off to the final whistle, and hopefully Coach Kidd and the return of the two young Bucks will provide a youthful spark when the other players get gassed in the future. Jose Calderon? Robin Lopez? We’ve heard the lazy argument that Melo is a ball-stopper for years, despite the fact that his supporting cast has been so poor, that him taking a contested look was often the best shot the team was going to get. Last year’s Knicks could have given this Bucks squad a game. Carmelo Anthony knows a thing or two about handling vast expectations, and that’s just one of the lessons he should be teaching the rookie. “If we’re able to contain ourselves, mentally, emotionally and put everything into perspective I think we’ll be OK”.

The New York Knicks go home to New York tonight before they welcome the Atlanta Hawks at the Garden tomorrow night. We’ve been together a little bit over a month.
The Milwaukee Bucks said in a statement, “We treat all of our employees fairly, including our Bucks dancers, and pay them fairly and in compliance with federal and state law”. Besides an overall lack of talent, last season’s trainwreck was also due to ill-fitted parts. The Bucks starting point guard, Michael Carter-Williams, was a disaster. John Henson played just 10 minutes, not doing much to earn his huge “sixth man” paycheck. O.J. Mayo also was out with a hamstring strain. After all, the Knicks dealt with far worse last season. “But we have to work really, really hard and play really, really hard every night to have a chance to win regardless of the names that’s on the back of the jerseys”.

The Knicks led by double digits for most of the game, and Langston Galloway nearly singlehandedly ensured that they would coast to victory when he caught fire in the second half; the second-year guard connected on his first four 3-point attempts before finally missing one, and added four rebounds and three assists.
