The US presidential election has us all turned into emotional wrecks and this little girl epitomises how we all feel knowing Barack Obama will no longer be leader of the United States of America.

4-year-old girl breaks down when her mother tells her about Obama leaving office.
How do we know?
Abella Tomlin, from Beaverton, Oregon, was told the news by her mother, who had been listening to speeches at the Democratic National Convention in the vehicle.
In a video posted on Facebook by her mom Andrea, Abella is barely able to speak with grief.
Andrea added: “After the video ended, Abella asked if we could ‘just pretend that Obama would still be the president” and could he please have dinner with us. But this adorable 4-year-old was particularly distraught with the news of Obama’s term coming to an end.
Like Andrea Tomlin this week, Caprina suggested that they write Obama a letter.

Obama will leave office on January 20 next year. In March, her wish came true – the president invited her family to visit him for a special meeting, in which he encouraged her to work hard in school and “be a reader”.
