Fox Cuts ‘Minority Report’ Episode Order Spinoff Online
Minority Report was always scheduled for ten episodes with plans of its tenth week serving as a big finale.

While the ratings and FOX’s decision to cut Minority Report’s episode order certainly aren’t good news for fans, it seems likely that the network will air (or release) all 10 installments.
According to Deadline, the network made the change just after three episodes because the ratings of the show weren’t impressive. The Monday night show has seen low ratings ever since its season premiere in September.
However, this is not really shocking since The Hollywood Reporter noted that each episode of the series that has aired so far pulls not-so-good ratings. First was the re-tooling the series underwent after the pilot, the second was the poor critical reception, while the third, and perhaps most alarming one, was the lack of global sales.
It is one of the Fall 2015 remakes, reboots and adaptions, alongside “Heroes Reborn”, “Limitless” and “Uncle Buck”.
“I think having familiar IP is an advantage, and yet you’re held to the same standards as with everything else you do”.
From Max Borenstein, Minority Report is set 10 years after the end of pre-crime in D.C. when one of the three pre-cogs struggles to lead a “normal” human life, but remains haunted by visions of the future. His twin brother Arthur (Nick Zano) has the ability to give the names of the bad guys that Dash sees in his mind. Also complicating matters is Dash and Arthur’s ingenious, but reclusive, foster sister, AGATHA (Laura Regan, “Mad Men”, “Unbreakable”), who just wants Dash to return home.

The early verdict is in on “Minority Report”, and Fox is making it clear that these precogs are running out of time.
