Fox shows off first footage of ‘Deadpool’, next ‘X-Men’

In the “X-men: Apocalypse” comics, the Four horsemen were mutants who have been brainwashed and manipulated by Apocalypse in order to serve as his own personal guard, taking up the titles of Death, War, Pestilence and starvation, Screenrant reports. For those who prefer the colorful costumes in the comic-book, thy will be done as Bryan Singer, hinted that fans will be seeing costumes close to those they see on the printed page, according to Cinemablend. What with your Deadpool’s and your Suicide Squad’s and your Batman vs Superman’s and whatnot, you’d think those few alone would be more than enough to whet the appetite for upcoming cinema. It appears to be straying a bit from its other comic counterparts, because it will be a Rated-R version of the anti-hero. And while fans are still bursting with excitement over news of their favorite superhero films, here comes a list of highly anticipated movies and the best of Comic Con.

The first trailer for Deadpool, his R-rated superhero pic, received a long standing ovation at Comic-Con, along with “One more time!” chants from the buzzing fans in Hall H. From there we got nothing but the Merc with a Mouth, and trust me, there is no shutting him up this time.

X-Men: Apocalypse will take its shot on May 27, 2016.

Fox’s X-Men franchise is known as bringing together a ridiculous number or award nominees and award winners with every installment. “But after five movies and two animated series, I have to wonder: What stories are there left to tell?” Due out next month, The Fantastic Four is a reboot starring Miles Teller, Michael B. Ryan Reynolds and company blew it out of the water with their charm, comedy, and a hell of trailer.
