France to review COP21 security post Paris terror attacks
In a radio interview, deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said there had been no word on the President’s attendance even before the deadly attacks on the French capital, which left over 120 dead, occurred.

Earlier, he said he would report the talks results to President Francois Hollande and later on would go to Turkey to replace Hollande, who refused from participating in the G20 summit following the terror attacks in Paris.
President Obama was among the leaders who confirmed that his trip to Paris would proceed as planned despite the attacks.
“And one of the aims of the meeting today in Vienna is exactly to see concretely how we can further increase the global coordination in the struggle against Daesh”, Fabius told reporters, referring to the Islamic State jihadist group which has overrun swathes of Syria and Iraq. The US wants only national enforcement, while the European Union and developing nations are urging an internationally binding text to slow climate change.
He said that in Copenhagen, the US President Barack Obama had said that the developed countries would contribute $100 billion per annum in global climate fund, but now the United States says that $100 billion should come through domestic resources of all countries.
The website quotes the Minister Laurent Fabius as having responded thus, “It will be held with enhanced security measures but it is absolutely essential action against climate and of course it will be held”, when he was asked if the attack would pose any danger to the summit.
He said the summit would also be an opportunity for world leaders to show their solidarity with France after the attacks.

While the climate summit site is heavily secured on the outskirts of the city, many of these other events represent the sort of soft targets hit on Friday, and may not have prepared security plans ahead of time. The November 13-14 broadcast is a partnership between the Climate Reality Project and Live Earth, created to “include an unprecedented artistic lineup and distribution platform to maximise its global reach”, organisers said.Pharell Williams, too, took to his Twitter account to express his emotions. The deal will ensure post-2020 actions by countries to cut carbon emissions and prepare the world to fight the impacts of climate change.
