Six people close to Omar Ismail Mostefai, who took part in the killings at the Bataclan concert hall and the first of Friday’s attackers to be identified, have been detained.

The brother, one of four boys in the family along with two sisters, turned himself in to police after learning Mostefai was involved in the attacks.
Obama also said that the USA would help bring those responsible to justice and “go after any terrorist networks that go after our people”.
Islamic State claimed responsibility for the worst attacks in France since World War II and one of the most deadly terrorist strikes on Western soil since September 11, 2001.
Hollande addressed the nation, announcing that he had declared a state of emergency and had put additional restrictions on France’s global borders. Few details were made public on those who waged the attacks, but a Syrian passport was found on the body of one of the suicide bombers at France’s national soccer stadium, The Associated Press reported, citing French police.
French President Francois Hollande said it was a “act of war” organised by the Islamic State militant group. “We are in absolute and total agreement that these kinds of attacks are the most vile, horrendous, outrageous unacceptable acts on the planet”, Kerry said. The Eiffel Tower was closed to visitors, news reports said.
The Bataclan concert hall was the scene of the biggest massacre of the Paris attacks – 89 people were killed there when armed men gunned down concert-goers and hostages. “I was covered in blood”, Cede said.
Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo said the attacks had targeted the Paris of diversity, “probably because this example of living together, which is so strong in our city, is unbearable for fanatical people”.
France has been on edge since January, when Islamic extremists attacked the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo, which had run cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad, and a kosher grocery.
All eight attackers died, seven in suicide blasts while the eighth – also wearing explosives – was shot by police, according to a senior European intelligence official familiar with the investigation speaking to the Washington Post.

The paper also identified two other victims of the attack at the Eagles of Death Metal show: French citizens Djamila Houd, 41, and Thomas Ayad, 34.
The statement called Paris “the capital of prostitution and obscenity” and mocked France’s air attacks on suspected IS targets in Syria and Iraq, saying France’s air power was “of no use to them in the streets and rotten alleys of Paris”. As they did so, the attackers blew themselves up with explosive belts, police said.
