According to editors at TMZ.com, court documents show Isaiah, 31, is demanding at least $25,000-a-month from the star as he alleges she agreed to help him financially throughout their union.

“Due to break up of marriage and incidents of violence and harassment against me I have been unable to tour and record music”, the request states in the documents.

Additionally, Isaiah says he deserves 50 percent of any money the dark-haired beauty earned during their two-year marriage.

In July, Kurt’s famous Nirvana MTV Unplugged acoustic guitar was at the centre of the couple’s assets dispute.

He reportedly claims he quit his job when the couple Wednesday, as Frances made financial commitments to him including monthly expenses, school fees for his daughter from a previous relationship, and housing costs.
