A Francis kind-hearted lottery winner announced to donate about two-third of the total amount that he won from the Euro-Millions.

According to the report, the philanthropist whose identity has been kept secret announced to donate almost $70 million among 10 charitable groups after winning almost $100 million (€72 million) from the Euro Millions.

However, he didn’t revealed the names of the NGOs, among whom he wanted to donate the amount.

A spokesman from the company who organizes lottery said “He has a strong sense of social solidarity and he believes in generosity”.

“This individual is sending us a message: success in life is not about how much money you earn but about what you do for others”, said by a sociologist Denis Muzet.
