Sideshow Bob celebrates his success in offing Bart after 24 years by dancing around, wearing Bart’s intestines like a boa.
The episode will include a villainous segment where deranged criminal Sideshow Bob murders Bart in numerous ways.
The promo, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, shows that Bob (Kelsey Grammer) has found a way to bring his enemy back to life, so that he can repeatedly kill him until he’s had enough blood spilled on his hands. Over the years, The Simpsons has gotten more and more ambitious and weird with the Halloween episodes, and this latest clip is no different.
Fox’s “The Simpsons” (8 p.m. Sunday, WPGH) offers its annual, Halloween-themed “Treehouse of Horrors” episode – the 26th edition – this weekend, and as these episodes go, this one is pretty entertaining.
‘So Bob will finally somehow execute Bart – and then won’t know what to do with himself after his life’s mission has been accomplished’.
Bart’s fans need not worry though, because the episode is not part of The Simpsons canon.
