Frank Ocean Finally Releases Second Album ‘Blonde’
Frank Ocean released a mysterious new “visual album” via Apple Music, entitled “Endless” yesterday (August 19). Now, tonight/early Saturday morning circa 3 AM he dropped another new video.

“I got two versions / I got two versions”, Ocean raps towards the beginning of the atmospheric track, referencing a clue he posted on his web site about his Channel Orange follow-up way back in April 2015. “Especially those of you who never let me forget I had to finish”.
Endless is now available to stream on Apple Music, while Blonde is available both to stream on the service and for purchase on iTunes.
The 45-minute “Endless” album, available for streaming on his site and on Apple Music, features 12 new songs and interludes over black-and-white video footage of Ocean building a staircase in what appears to be a warehouse.
Credits on the record include, Beyoncé, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, James Blake, Jamie xx, Rick Rubin, and Tyler the Creator.
Frank Ocean receives the award for International Male Solo Artist on stage during the Brit Awards 2013 at the 02 Arena on February 20, 2013 in London, England. “Which is basically every one of y’all”, Ocean wrote on his official Tumblr blog.
Fans who were able to get into the pop ups were able to get a copy of the Boys Don’t Cry book for free.
In New York, the pop-up took over a magazine shop on the corner of Mulberry and Kenmare, with dozens of issues of Boys Don’t Cry inside glossy packaging arranged on the store’s racks.
Of course, the French phrase could also simply be a reference to the direct translation – “like the boys” – as the original title for the album was supposed to be Boys Don’t Cry.

Directed by Tyrone Lebon, the video combines shots of men and women nude and covered in cash, a dancing devil, a rapping Chihuahua, bodies covered in glitter, a drunken party and self-immolation.
