Frank Ocean releases new visual album ‘Endless,’ a second LP reportedly incoming
Endless dropped Thursday night, and it’s a “visual album” released through Apple Music.

Are we getting two projects from Ocean?
While Ocean is clearly building a piece of art in the video, the songs never distract from the art and the art never distracts from the music. Meanwhile, after the seemingly endless wait, it seems a flood of Ocean is upon us: An Apple spokesperson told Pitchfork to “keep an eye out this weekend for more Frank”.
I haven’t watched the rest of Endless yet but I will just to scope out the cars in it.
Ocean’s widely acclaimed debut album, “Channel Orange”, was released in 2012.
Frank Ocean has released a brand new track titled Nikes, and you should take a seat before watching the video.
“But the expectation for new music heated up in recent weeks after Ocean’s brother posted a photo on Instagram with the title ‘Boys Don’t Cry”. The artist staged pop-up shops on Saturday in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and London, where the album came accompanied with copies of a print publication, titled Boys Don’t Cry. It showcases several splotchy date stamps, including a blurred out date in July 2016, which had fans convinced the album was dropping at the end of the month-it didn’t.
According to the production credits for Endless, Frank Ocean enlisted the help of James Blake, Sampha, Jonny Greenwood (of Radiohead), and up-and-coming guitarist Alex G on the album’s instrumentation.
Late on August 18, Ocean released a 45-minute video full of original music via his website, to the joy and relief of his salivating fans.

“Blond” accompanied a trail of breadcrumbs that almost drove listener’s to wit’s end while waiting for his new music. If you believe the hype on Twitter, the release is arguably the most hotly anticipated record of the past four years.
