Frank Ocean releases visual album ‘Endless’
Endless takes place in a large warehouse filmed in black and white.

Back on August 1, the beloved R&B crooner launched an Apple Music livestream on his website, prompting fan anticipation and speculation over when we’d hear new music from the singer. Instead of releasing the long-awaited “Boys Don’t Cry”, Ocean has released a visual album on iTunes called “Endless”.
He later unveiled the 18-track visual album, which features collaborations with musicians such as James Blake, Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood and Jazmine Sullivan, with the London Contemporary Orchestra providing much of the attractive background tunes thanks to its cello, violin, double bass and viola players. And Ocean himself did say, “I got two versions”. He’s also listed as executive producer and creative director.
The 45-minute video, Endless, started streaming on Friday exclusively on Apple Music. The 17-track LP has arrived on Apple Music and it will serve as the official follow-up to his 2012 release, Channel Orange.
With two drops in two days, hopefully we can expect the as-of-yet untitled album to land VERY soon. The original Boys Don’t Cry album features 12 tracks but now the real album Endless comes with 18 tracks. It’s not “Boys Don’t Cry”. In the upper right corner of the video was an Apple Music logo, which is something we’ve seen in the past from artists with whom Apple has partnered.
Rolling Stone has confirmed that Endless is a different project from his proper new album.

Frank Ocean has some damn nerve. For the moment it looks as if fans will have to keep an eye out over the weekend, when the real Frank Ocean album may, or may not, appear.
