Frank Ocean’s New Album Is An Apple Music Exclusive
Now, it’s always possible Ocean simply tinkered with the album after Boys Don’t Cry was sent to the printers, but it’s also worth keeping in mind his repeated assertion that he’s “got two versions” of Blonde (or Boys Don’t Cry, or whatever) in the works. The glossy features photographs taken by Ocean, an interview with his mother, horoscopes and the lyrics of a rap called “The MacDonalds Man” by Kanye West. Listed as Blonde on Apple Music, the sleeve artwork spells it Blond. The album’s artwork was shot by Wolfgang Tillmans, whose track “Device Control” features on Endless.
