Elvis Dumervil-who was one of the only guys on the field still playing at this point-tracked down Blake Bortles and sacked him.

In trots Jason Myers, he of the 26-yard miss and after a Baltimore timeout, he hits a 53-yarder to give the Jaguars a 22-20 win.

The Jaguars improved to 3-6 with the win, while the Baltimore Ravens dropped to 2-7.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Chris Givens (13) crosses into the end zone for a touchdown against Jacksonville Jaguars free safety Josh Evans in the second half an NFL football game, Sunday, November 15, 2015, in Baltimore.

Mike joined the rest of the Monday Morning Quarterback crew to give out his grades for the Ravens 22-20 loss to the Jaguars. After a fumbled punt by Jeremy Ross was recovered by Nick Marshall at the Baltimore 37, Bortles connected with Allen Robinson on a 15-yard touchdown pass for a 19-14 lead with 13:01 remaining.

The Ravens couldn’t convert the two-point conversion, leaving the score at 20-19 with less than eight minutes to play.

But since they’ve won only 9 of 40 games under Bradley, that won’t be an easy task even though both the Ravens and Titans are 2-6.

The Jaguars were given an untimed down to kick a game-winning field goal against the Ravens, but they should not have had that opportunity. “Our first playoff game is against the Jaguars on Sunday”. Regardless of what people may want, the Ravens should get a few more wins down the stretch, pushing them back in the draft.

Joe Flacco turned the ball over on the first three drives of the second half. However, for a third-straight possession, the Jaguars defense forced a turnover.

A 21-yard field goal by Myers with 3:28 remaining in the half made it 10-7, Jaguars. Blake Bortles and crew took over at the 20-yard line, with no timeouts and needed to gain at least 40 yards for kicker Jason Myers to have a legitimate shot. (Not the first time I’ve thought I might need new glasses.) Though he described the turn of events as “disappointing” and “gut wrenching”, he pretty much took it in stride, saying that’s “just the way it goes”. But since the game also included the Ravens losing four turnovers, setting a season-high in penalty yardage and dropping multiple passes and picks, including one that would have clinched the game moments before the non-penalty, they’re hardly absolved from the calculus of defeat. The match-up is nice: Detroit has allowed six touchdowns to tight ends this season and Rodgers scored twice last week against Carolina.

Bortles led the Jaguars downfield with first down passes to Hurns and strong runs by Yeldon. “It’s motivating to me, because I got another chance”, said Forsett, who went from Jacksonville to Baltimore previous year and ran for 1,266 yards.

Jacksonville ultimately regained the lead on Myers’ 21-yard field goal. The Jaguars held the Ravens running backs to 89 yards on 21 carries.

Then there is the question of whether the Jaguars even got that final play off. Watching the game live, the first thing most of the fans surrounding said that the clock was at zero before the Jags snapped the ball.
