Fremont County to host several Easter events
Children and their parents are invited out to Donaldson Park from 5 to 8 p.m. March 25 for music, candy, prizes, and Easter eggs.

Many families said they attended the Easter egg hunt because their children had never participated in the hunt before. Age groups include 0-4, 5-8 and 9-12 years.
The Salty Dog Cafe will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, at the cafe, 232 S. Sea Pines Drive, Hilton Head. There is no fee for this program, but all participants should wear appropriate footwear for conditions and bring their own flashlight and basket.
“Bunny”, called out Harlow Obiebzenski, who was the first to find a golden egg in the hunt for infants to 2-year-olds, winning a ride-on scooter.
Virginia Avenue Baptist Church will have an Easter Egg Hunt at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Organizers are hoping for a similar turnout for this year’s event, which is scheduled to kick off at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the city’s largest park, Foundation Park. Eggs will be hidden across the museum’s grounds and will contain candy and small toys. Everyone is welcome. Children should bring their own baskets.
Each egg hunt was separated by age group to give all children a fair chance at collecting eggs.
MANITOULIN-Spring is officially here and the Easter Bunny will be hopping over the swing bridge this weekend, hiding eggs across Manitoulin for Island youth to find.
The EGGstravanza Egg Hunt in Look Park this year will feature over 10,000 eggs this March 26. The pool will be selling mesh bags for $1, and funds raised will be used to purchase additional Easter eggs for the years to come. They will open for regular office hours at 9 a.m. on Monday.

It takes place at 1101 Manly Avenue in Wilmington Saturday, March 26 from 10 a.m.to 1 p.m. There will be face painting, games and crafts, an egg hunt for all ages and as well as those with special needs. A special visit from the Easter Bunny is also slated.
