Warner Bros movie Suicide Squad, which is being released across the world this weekend, is facing hurdles in getting approval from the Chinese censor board, the Hollywood Reporter reported.

Suicide Squad ‘s box office success comes in spite of a swathe of bad reviews last week; as of Monday morning, the film has just a 26 percent fresh rating on movie aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.

Question: What do you get when you take a group of three males and three females ranging in age from 45 through 18 to see Suicide Squad? DC fan favorites like Harley Quinn and the Joker all make an appearance in the film, but despite the heavy fanfare, the movie faced massive problems and complicated reshoots toward the end of its production. Suicide Squad’s critical response has been poor, but not as poor as BvS, so there’s still hope that the movie could defy the precedent set by its DC Extended Universe predecessor. Despite actors Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, and Will Smith being considered the highlights of the film, Suicide Squad’s rating on Rotten Tomatoes now stands at 26% from critics. Superman – will crash fairly quickly thereafter. There is still a lot in store for Warner Bros. that fans of DC are already waiting for.

Margot Robbie and Will Smith may be doing the press rounds for “Suicide Squad”, but it didn’t stop her revealing how, in an amusing coincidence, she shared her first date with Will Smith.

Universal’s second weekend of Matt Damon’s “Jason Bourne” will likely bring in about $22 million ― enough to push the action film past $100 million.

The 1995 headline for Nine Lives would be that Kevin Spacey’s pussy was not widely accepted… but aside from Clint Eastwood resurrecting that sexist chestnut this week, not okay for 2016.
