The 21-year-old victim, whose name is being protected, is pressing charges and Cook’s investigation is expected to be very thorough.

Cook is coming off a big season for the Seminoles, as he rushed for 1,008 yards and eight touchdowns as a freshman in 2014. He was a five-star recruit and the No. 18 recruit in the class of 2014 according to Rivals. He was dismissed from the team Monday after the state released video of the altercation.
