‘Fuller House’ to Explain Away Michelle Tanner’s Absence in Ironic Fashion
This is what Mary-Kate and Ashley are doing in real life, so it certainly makes sense to have the art imitate their life.

The elephant in the “House” has been addressed. So how will the new series explain Michelle Tanner’s absence?
The Olsen twins won’t be joining their former TV family for Netflix’s Fuller House due to obligations to their growing fashion empire – and now it turns out that the same is true of their character, Michelle.
For those who weren’t kids or teens in the ’90s, that was the youngest “Full House” character’s cute catchphrase.

The Olsens are the only members of the original cast that won’t be returning to “Fuller House”. After reports of a feud between them, Stamos said he understood their decision not to participate in the series. “I promise you will not be disappointed with our reunion and spin off!” “They didn’t this season”, Loughlin told HuffPost.
The thirteen-episode first season of “Fuller House” will premiere early next year, and it will be stuffed full of nostalgia with Candace Cameron Bure, Jodi Sweetin, and Andrea Barber taking center stage for more of the story.
