No official announcement of Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection has yet been released, but we expect Ubisoft to shed some light on the speculation soon.

His popularity was no doubt aided by the creative success of Assassin’s Creed 2, which is considered the best game of the series even after nine console entries and multiple spin-offs.

That being said, this information appears legitimite. gameblog.fr mentions that retail contacts have shared this information, along with the news that all three games will be running at 1080p at 30 frames-per-second.

An image of the promotional material was sent to GameBlog France, and it is the site’s image which is posted above. The collection is also expected to feature remastered textures, all previously-released downloadable content and two animated films that star Ezio. Since 2016 marks the series’ first break since 2009, this holiday season would be the ideal time to release a next-gen remaster.
