Fury accuses Klitschko camp of trying to drug him

It’s hard to fathom after watching him fight Tyson Fury that Wladimir Klitschko held the heavyweight title for nine consecutive years. His near-12-hour journey from Germany involved being driven by his pregnant wife to the Netherlands, followed by a ferry over to England.

It’s been said in this space for years that Wldimir Klitschko doesn’t like fist or the threat of them flying around or near his face. “Money, fame and glory doesn’t change a man unless he wants it to”.

Many say he needs to change.

Anthony Joshua has took British boxing by storm! I enjoyed it. I got a great reception from the German fans.

The canvas and the bandages were tiny wins, small signs that the contest was not just about Klitschko and the vast industry that he has become in Germany. It’s only a fight at the end of the day – heavyweight champion or not. Not according to Fury.

Allied to Fury’s triumph, Manchester now has four world champions, but the 27-year-old would not be drawn on whether he would fight in his home city in the future. I’ll be dictated to by nobody. However, Klitschko was boring as shit and I can not imagine an exciting or memorable Era of Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder or whoever else is a contender today.

Fury has no objections to facing Klitschko for a second time, for a “round two, ding, ding”, as he put it himself after the fight, but he has nothing but disdain for Haye.

Further, having just won the IBF title, Fury isn’t likely to concede it-quite literally-without a fight, so expect him to begin negotiations with the Ukrainian in due course. Fury called it a “masterclass”.

Tyson Fury is basking in the glow of his new status of world champion. “Get up. Get up and bow”. His left hook is a slap, he has no uppercut and his right hand you can see coming a mile away. There’s talk that Joshua worked Fury over in the past when the two of them had a sparring session together. I know what it takes. “I was expecting him to be stronger. Anyone who wants to discredit my performance is pure jealousy”.

‘Wladimir Klitschko was the No 1 in the division. And the presence of the erratic Fury makes it lively and unmissable. Klitschko has suggested he wants to trigger the clause. “I believe he is insane”, said Klitschko, who is nicknamed “Dr. Steelhammer”, in an interview with Die Welt.
