Klitschko is gunning for revenge after suffering his first defeat in over 11 years at the hands of the Mancunian.

The pair were originally set to have their rematch in July, but that fight was postponed after Fury suffered an injury in training.

Fury also has an undefeated record to protect-his current professional tally stands at 25-0-while Klitshcko will be looking to avoid the fifth defeat of his career.

It has been a long road to get the two back into the ring again, with Klitschko recently revealing he meant to go to court over the negotiations of a rematch with the controversial Fury. “We can now focus on giving the fans what they deserve”, said Fury’s manager and uncle Peter.

Fury, 28, faces a National Anti-Doping Panel hearing on November 4 when he will face being stripped of his world titles and given a ban if he is found guilty of taking a banned substance.

“As Tyson’s promoter I have 100% confidence that he will retain his titles in front of his fans and make it another memorable night for British boxing to remember”.

A press conference formally announcing the new fight date, involving Tyson Fury and Wladimir Klitschko, will take place on Monday 12th September in London – venue and time to be confirmed.

The fight is at Manchester Arena. The addition of the fight to the channel is another fantastic acquisition following on from the recent capture of the blockbuster showdowns between Khan vs. Canelo and Frampton vs. Leo Santa Cruz.
