INDIANAPOLIS – The Zionsville, Ind., home of former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle, was searched Tuesday by federal and state authorities two months after an associate’s arrest on child pornography charges.

“He has not been detained, arrested or charged with any crime or offense”. The only other person listed in the documents is Joy Hafner, who was identified as the executive director in 2007 and 2008, and a paid ex- executive director in 2009.

“Little League and Subway have had a long, successful partnership, and we appreciate Subway’s quick response in suspending its relationship with Jared Fogle as the legal process continues”, said Little League. FBI agents and Indiana State Police raided the home of Subway restaurant spokesman Jared Fogle on Tuesday, removing electronics from the property and searching the house with a police dog.

Federal prosecutors in May filed a criminal complaint charging Taylor, 43, with seven counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

The Jared Foundation announced that it was “shocked to learn of the disturbing allegations against Mr. Taylor” and severed all times with him.

Now, as the company struggles to stay relevant among such emerging competitors as Chipotle Mexican Grill and Jimmy John’s, Fogle and his new image were poised to help revive the world’s biggest fast-food chain.

Jared has been cooperating, and continues to cooperate, with law enforcement in their investigation of unspecified charges, and looks forward to its conclusion”, Fogle’s attorney, Ron Elberger, said in a statement on Tuesday.

Fogle became Subway’s spokesman roughly 15 years ago after reportedly losing more than 200 pounds by eating nothing but Subway sandwiches. In that investigation authorities found a cache of explicit photos and videos of children. It’s being said that the face of the sandwich company’s home was raided due to a child pornography case.

Investigators arrested Taylor immediately outside his home.

“The only thing I can say is that I’m aware that there’s an ongoing investigation”, Banks said.

Subway earlier this week issued a statement saying it was temporarily ending its 15-year relationship with Fogle just hours after Federal Bureau of Investigation officials raided his house.

The SUBWAY restaurant chain pulled into town for the Daytona 500 with their Footlong Nation Mobile Tour vehicle, giving excited race fans a chance to Skype, play video games and receive gift cards as they waited for their free $5 Footlong to be prepared by Daytona 500 pole victor Edwards and Fogle.
