The wearable’s arrival comes just a week before Apple is expected to launch its next-generation Watch. The screen is slightly bigger as compared to the Gear S2′s 1.2-inch full circular display.
Inspired by the active explorer, the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier variant flaunts a rugged outdoor look with an elegant style that blends with all form and functions. So Samsung increased the size of the battery from 250 milliamps in the Gear S2 to 380 milliamps in the Gear S3. The battery life of the smartwatch has said to be 4 days which is a good amount of time for the company’s product to last as the battery is limited to 380mAh on both models. LTE as well as non-LTE variants are also available for the same. The Gear S2 showed only eight colours when in standby. Swiping has been greatly reduced, thanks to bezel movements.

For instance, you can now answer a phone call by turning the bezel left or right, and it makes it easier to navigate apps than having to swipe the tiny touchscreen.
